Need help selling websites

I have created several websites that are ranking on the first page of Google and getting quite a few visitors per day each.

They are targeted at local business owners and can mean a lot to business owners in increasing their monthly revenue.

I am however not such a great salesman, so am trying to find someone to partner up with to manage sales so I can focus on making more sites.

Be careful not to advertise yourself too much hey :D

On a side note please forward links and keywords ranked for if these are quite competitive keywords I might have something for you

Also your portfolio site

I am not a web designer, more an seo guy. So I don't have a portfolio, no need for one. And seeing as you are doing SEO yourself I don't see the point in sharing my niches.

Loool I dont want to know your niches have a potential client (I am a bit tied up at the moment) that's why I asked to see some proof

PS: You cannot claim you can do SEO if you do not want to show anything

I setup sites with basic themes, takes like 5 minutes. Then I rank them. Most I do for designing the site is change the banner. That's why I say I'm not a web designer.
 
Try Sedo great auction site for web site, not sure however if they are many South African buyers out there, but you might find some people who are interested

What you are doing is typical black-hat SEO. It's just going to end in tears eventually for any sucker who buys a site from you.

Haha, you just assumed I'm using blackhat techniques to rank my sites. You know what they say about people that assume things?

I didn't say that. The act of creating a website, getting it ranked and then selling that website on to someone else so that they may benefit from that ranking is black hat. I don't even need to know what techniques you used.

The fact of the matter

1. I cannot sell a website to anyone without showing them what I have done

2. You do not sound very keen at all to show what you have done

lol, and why would that be blackhat? Isn't that what everyone selling their sites on Flippa and Sedo are doing....
 
And what's going to happen after the client buys your ranked website, starts adding their own genuine content and their website falls down the rankings?
 
I can either rent out the site to a client, where I have to maintain the ranking. Or I can sell the site to them and offer them a maintenance package to keep it ranked.

My clients won't really be adding much of their content, the purpose of the website is to refer leads to the owner/lessee. All changes that take place is changing the contact details and the services offered/about us page.

I think you will find what you are doing breaks several of Google's terms and conditions. Good luck to you, but you sound dodgy and what you are doing is super dodgy, and even worse when it blows up in your and your client's face, it's going to give professionals who work in the web industry a bad name.
