need help understanding ibits wireless internet

hello, wel since ther is no Telkom cables in my area due to tree"s been cut for the second month now, I decided to go for wireless internet from ibits.

The problem I am having is with my ps4 that has internet connection but cannot sign in to playstation network. My laptop has connection aswel if I plug that Ethernet plug from the antenna directly in. The question I have is if a modem will help setting up my playstation 4 because I have tried to enter static ip given from a tech guy from ibits directly into my ps4 settings. I don't want to buy a modem if wireless internet will not work for online gaming on playstation network.

anybody know of this kind of issue? anybody know of some things i can try, i would appreciate it.

nothing yet ... only that Ethernet cable from the radio/antenna thing ... I"l only hav time on Friday to get a router from them but I jst need advice if it will work please...

The radio on the roof needs to run in bridge mode.

The router needs to handle the PPPOE session.

Ask Wiehan to allocate you a static, public IP address.

That should, at least theoretically, resolve any issues you have.

I tried resetting the playstation in safe mode and it worked but when I logged off and tried to come back online jst now it was back to not goin on psn ....
