Most Android devices have some "Do not disturb" or "Quiet hours" setting. I believe iOS also has this. Will be under sound preferences.

This has been around since the early 2000's. Don't know why people still think that hiding the number makes it anonymous.

A pity they put South Africa on the list of countries where you need to seek legal permission before requesting the service from them. (besides the monthly R7500 fee)
