Need help with internet for pc

Hi All,

I'm not so tech savvy anymore, so I reeeeally need your help. I have an old pc that can not connect to wifi as I do not have a wifi card. So, I need a device that I could plug in using a USB and also be able to transmit wifi signal to connect 3-5 other devices wirelessly. Please help!?
