Morning load shedders!!
So I need some help with looking into a UPS that will run my ONT box, router, Mibox and 50 inch TV (possibly also to charge a power bank or 2) but I am not sure what to get?

I have been looking at the following:
https://www.takealot.com/gicom-online-ups-3000va-2700w/PLID70675208 - R 4,599
https://www.takealot.com/rct-3000vas-line-interactive-ups/PLID71337362/description - R 3,798

my office is offering UPS 3000va 1800w AWR LCD Line - R4 704

the issue is that I am pretty much clueless on this stuff and I need some help with these so I am turning to, you guessed it, the INTERNET for answers!

So those who have or have any knowledge I turn to you in my time of need.

"Note, a UPS is not designed to provide continuous power, merely a window period that allows a computer or other user to finalise the work at hand and shut down." Nevermind the annoying beeping.

You need something like this:

On budget go with one of

and
if you go for 12v

or
2 X

If you going for 24v

If budget is not a problem a better option would be
or

Thanks I appreciate the feedback all however, the question is UPS's are used to power laptops when the power is out and we all know that there is not going to be any changes in Eskoms supply to power so I am having to look at alternatives.

Granted an inverter would be the best but I can't look into that at the moment so I am looking into the next best option to run while load shedding happens.

You're going to spend R4K on the wrong stuff and in 3 months time (when your shitty batteries are poked) are going to have to spend R7K on the right stuff, so save the R4K school fees now and spend R7K instead of R11K later.

Thanks appreciate the help on it.
