I'm looking for a bored programmer with some time to spare. I need a basic program to be designed. It has to do with taking files as they are created and storing them neatly in folders. If anyone is interested in the job let me know and I'll give you more info.

DESIGN is the phase after RA, and BEFORE implementation, assuming a normal development process.

So DESIGN takes the REQUIREMENTS and produces a document the IMPLEMENTER (CODER) can use to construct the software.
