So I have this cnut of a neighbour who is driving on my pavement to create maximum destruction, this is intended to harass me. To top it off the guy is a doctor at a local hospital.

We live in a home owners association.

What is the recommended legal route to follow in this matter (trust me I'd resort to below the belt retaliation if I was in the position to do so).

"oops, I dropped a packet of nails and it spilled all over..."
My pavement is ivy, you'd see fsck all. I am just worried about this guy retaliating - I'm not sure what he's capable of.

Get cameras facing that spot, film him doing that and take it further with the city council as the pavement is their responsibility.

Just ask your wife to have her phone at the ready. She might need to record this altercation for us. "Hugo bel die polisie" V4 upcoming.
Almost had the guy whack me on cctv. Pity, it would have been an open and shut assault case with the HPCSA.

So he is destroying your pavement? Why not destroy his?

Get a big ass 10 pound hammer, and swing away.

You're more worried about the aesthetics of the pavement?

Get some balls.
It's not up to me, it's an HOA. Plus I don't want to spend money because of this ahole.

Edit: and the need to be some pretty big balls
