Well, in this case, it's a bit harsh, and being a gentleman and all, he should still buy him a stiff drink.
But no, keep your nose clean, get a lawyer involved before it gets out of hand.
You could of course decide to "reinvigorate" your lawn, by putting poles and ropes up. See him drive over that. Eg. A rake or other general garden tools, which is considered destruction of property.
Yeah Monday I'm getting rocks, lawyers and the police involved.

Mate, the police are going to take half a look at this and be on their way. He needs to cause actual destruction of property. Get some **** destroyed first, on camera, and make sure you get the vehicle plate number.
Oh Btw, he has a small penis. Just cause his wife likes you more, or thinks you guys live better in some way. Why would he act this way? What provoked him to Tokyo drift on your front lawn?
The second you moer him, he lays an assault charge. Don't let that happen.

The pavement is not your property, so getting possessive & proprietal about it is basically your own form of expropriation. Planting ivy on someone else's property can't give you any rights over that property.

Actually it's not for destruction of property but harassment.
Repeatedly drive over it until the plants and sprinkler system as completely destroyed. And because he's a dick. Oh and he's trying to intimidate me, hence the charge on Monday.
OK good, the pavement is under my charge - so I have the rights of he causes damage to what is private property.

You've got the footage, take it the police. Raise it with the HOA as well. He must be fined.
I have the footage. HOA is installing barriers and adding it to his account. There's also lawyers fees added to his account. Ultimately we can only hope when he sells that he will have to clear R100k first.
Guy is a bit mad and I have small dogs and kids. If it was just me he'd have lost 50% of his tires so far. It's also possible his lollypop bushes would be on fire.

This is what you need.
Throw some nails there and keep a knife in your pocket for self defence. Make sure to get the altercation on cctv so everyone can see you stabbed him in self defence.
An additional thought is the guy is running a commercial business in a residential area. We could just deny entry to his employees on the basis that the HOA has the decision as to whether a business may be run in the estate.
The guy is a doctor, I just have to get him assaulting me on camera for him to lose his license. So may I'll just antagonise him a bit.

He's threatened half the complex. Speed bumps were installed (because of him) and now he is taking it out on the other owners.
