I reckon that if you are happy to pay the R413 for the "up to 4Mps" access and the R165 for the analogue line then go ahead.
As for data, I downloaded 4 full movies in one day using torrents which far outstrips the experiences i have had with our three 4MB DSL lines.
That is where my concern comes in. Neotel's gives you 10GB and charges you 17GB, putting it in the same price bracket 4MB ADSL. If this is not the case, I would move over, seeing the I have excellent coverage.

I dont get that either. You can setup a proxy and Wifi your hood up to use your connection on the USB device.
