What happened to Neotel? They were supposed to make dramatic announcements to their broadband offerings this month, which is almost over?

Have they missed their own deadline?

Yup. Bunch of shiny shoe people who think making a few phonecalls and sending a few emails is not only worth a 500k / month salary, but will also actually get you somewhere.

Judging by the way they handled the first launch and how they set the lawyers on everyone because of their billing and cancellation stuffups I won't go near them even if they promise uncapped 10 mb/s at R100.00 per month.

Retentions person told me about a forthcoming 50 min + 5 Gb deal for R299 a month whilst trying to convince me to not cancel my contract. Have no idea whether this is an existing deal or one of the new ones.
