Neotel charges for data delivery overhead

Everything looked ok from my side until I read the last PDF. The total at the bottom said R499 but at the breakdown above it there was an amount of R584.15

Busy working this out with the Neotel rep so I'll update the rest of you to the outcome.
 
Update: Seems the amount over R499 was my previous month's bill. Now I just need to get reimbursed for all the months I was overcharged
