Neotel Digging a bit in Bellville

Seems Neotel is starting to do some cabling in Cape Town, or rather the first time I have seen them do anything in Cape Town. In Durban Road behind McDonalds at Tygervalley. Also saw some other "Neotel at work" danger tape close to the Durban Road / N1 Off Ramp. Wonder what they putting in and where to.. It runs past their building however..

I saw them not too far from my house in PE today as well, hopefully all the fibre they're laying'll make a difference.

I've seen them dig all around in CPT (NeoTel and Telkom). They even dug up the pavement in front of my house.

The whole cbd is full of neotel pothole covers.
Lately been noticing a lot of the same covers at the lower bellville by sanlamhof(well i would since i walk around there).

Wonder if i can get them to lay a fibre line to my apartment...
