Neotel experience the past week

sucks for you :p

i can say that we have had 4mb DSL (awesome, no problems).. moved over to IS 1mb uncapped - Absolutely ****, we getting rid of it soon, biggest waste of money ever.. Got Neotel as backup and its good.
 
Speeds last few days

Something is seriously wrong here....

I have been getting this speeds any time of the day for the last two days now and I have never come close to this kind of speeds before

I noticed this because I am busy trying out downstorm and this is the speed the downloads are coming down at so I had to confirm on speedtest because I thought I was loosing it a little :wtf:

I hope Neotel doesn't "fix" this anytime soon because I am really enjoying this new found speed :D
 
I Would pay good money to get neoflex speeds much higher than dial up... Hold on, I am paying for that!

high latency issues for me :( RSSI 75, PN 48. It affects my screamer too...
yeah in SA you need 2 connections at home, cause the copper is gone, and everyone has teething problems that tend to stick around for 2years or more...

I thought I was the only one!

For the last couple of days I've been getting solid speeds over 1.5mbit, tonight its been 2mbit all night.. makes a welcome change from the usual 800kbps or so *grin*

Lets pray to our various gods that it stays this way by Toutatis!
 
This is strange. I'm getting 0.08Mbps while everybody else is getting 2.1Mbps? :wtf:

My speeds have gone down majorly, now its like im on Neotel Lite (while i am actually on prime)

Im so lucky this week , im getting 30kb down.... thnx neofail for the "great" service.

I phoned their helpdesk to complain once again and i got the snotty response "what am i suppose to do about that!!"

wow really ... almost more incompetent than the ANC
