Awesome im looking forward to their responses. They seem to be taking a huge interest in ppls opinions. I am really impressed by this. Hopefully it will be true for things to come as well.

Good for them, lets hope they actually listen to customers as opposed to the other company, who sucks.

Also wot about trials? or have these already been initiated?
and as discreetly as noswal put it
"How much, how fast and when?" :P

Seems like a cool approach to take, since they know myadsl is the only real gateway for freaks that need to express: WE WANT MORE BANDWIDTH!!, hehe ;)

They look like they may learn from Telkom's mistakes, of which there is a great deal :)

And neotel are already a step ahead of Telkom :) Good on them.

rpm: Would it be possible to (at first) have some sort of moderated topic posting in that neotel forum? Telkom stooges/trolls aside, would be good to make sure people ask the right questions and not "When am I getting free bandwidth? over and over again :D I dunno. That came out sounding worse than I intended it :)

They launched on the same day that Telkom withdrew their case against Hellkom.. what a coincidence.

:D ahhh you must be talking about the copper-monopoly that shall not be named? - takes off shoes & slaps mini-Papi-voodoo-doll in Iraqi-style :D.

I'm waiting for a news article with the title: 'Excommunication of Telkodemonopolies' but it looks like I will have a long wait until 2k7Q1+2...

Rpm i was wondering if you were given any indication as to when responses would be given? I know we cant expect any instant replies but would be nice to know if responses would happen relatively soon. This would also give an indication as to how enthusiastic Neotel is :D

Antithesis I'm sure that it would be moderated in the same way as the other forums i.e. inappropriate and irrelevant posts being either editted or deleted.

Either way it's great to see that they have a sub-forum. Telkom could have had one as well but being the arrogant knobs that they are will now come back to bite them.

Yeah you're right HGP. Telkom have missed out on a fairly powerful tool here. They would have a captive audience to give them constant feedback and issues to resolve.

I'm sure most people here would be absolutely happy to genuinely help telkom improve themselves if given the chance. Maybe now that SNOT has asked for this perhaps Telkom will as well.

If they learn from everyone of Telkoms mistakes this will be one einstein of a telecom company think telkom must have made every mistake in the book. This is fantastic about them wanting to interact with the customers its just what this countries needs companies that care. Go Neotel

That's super! Actually having an active interest in their clientele. Awesome logo btw :D.

Indeed. Quite the opposite of what we're used to :D

I've been meaning to ask you for ages btw BeLgaRiOn but I assume your nick is from the book series? If so excellent. If not, where the hell is it from? :D

I'm trying not to jump (out of my skin) for joy too much. Yeah, we're all really excited but I just hope no one starts b1tching soon as they have a problem or are unsatisfied. Its a new company (not new in that they don't have experience) and we can expect a few bugs in the beginning.

Sweet logo btw
