First Telkom will have to give up their monopoly over SAT3, or nothing will change. So lets hope it actually does happen.

If i'm not wrong the exclusivity was supposed to end end of april this year. Though recently i've been hearing talks focus more on an end of year timeline :/

There were 2 dates iirc,

One was end of April in terms of international exclusivity and i think sometime in November was exclusivity on the Landing rights....

I might be wrong on that, but yeah anything is possible with our gorgeous guavamint.
