I actually saw all the problems before I moved to Neotel, and now I'm apart of the problems, granted it's damn irratating, but it's sorta exciting - because once they fix the problems - heck, while they fixing the problems, I get to learn a bit more about Neotel, like I've learnt about the external arials and such - it's all a learning curve, and one I would not have gotten had I not had problems.
 
My take on this, is that their networks are congested and now that more people are on, the speeds and latency has spiralled downwards.
Strange but as the complaints increase these moles come up offering to help and create a nice image.
Sending me a PM means Jack if you cannot help resolve or even bother to respond to me.
Whats even more concerned is the cyclic nature of these problems, ie. It,s fine for a week then pathetic for 3 weeks then fine again till next cycle. So whenever I am fine looks like Randburg or Midrand is gone to hell or vice versa.
Btw, I logged my issues in Oct08.

I am glad that you look at it as a learning curve. I look at it as "Neotel's guinea pig". Free service for Neotel.

Why must Neotel bother to fix the problem in a hurry if, even with problems, people are still joining? They getting their sales so, wait ... or cancel ... but ... the unit you keep as a souvenir. :D

Neotel should be ashamed of themselves, admit publicly that there are issues and stop taking people's money until their problems are sorted.

BTW Mr Rep, whos butt can we kick to get some phones in our office in Jhb, still waiting for a reply as Telkom is killing our call center.
