I left a very serious complaint on hellopeter about neotel with their ways in treating their customers as far as coverage is concerned, I was actually lied to that my home is only 2 streets away from their coverage (I'm at least 5 kms away according to their map) and then they never know when they will reach my place.
well its actually ok, I'm so over neotel now, their response to me was that they plan in time blocks of 3 months, which means they roll out a set of towers every 3 months, (maybe that why they were able to "double" their coverage within 3 months in the beginning as they probably only had the demo towers (2) to double). and that they will not put their proposed plans online as they will be "creating false hope". Well they have done it, its the biggest false hope I've been led into believing since 2006 when they were going to launch "sooooooooo many times".
I'm getting my ADSL uncapped from openweb which is R1199 for 512Kbps ex line rental but hey at least hellkom is existent and nevertel is nowhere to be seen.
Better to be in hell then to not "be" at all.
Neotel is you are going to succeed please listen to some of us on this board, give concrete time frames to your "accelerated" roll outs. but then maybe im asking too much of you since you have no idea what a time frame actually means, very evident from the launch date drama we had to endure.
