Neotel versus iBurst

even a can and a string beats iBurst. I could not imaging being throttled on this service! (because we have never made it even close to our 3Gig Cap)

glad neotel won, as it's just silly to claim a color for yourself

They've definitely both won the battle to see who can be the most useless wireless internet provider.

Ok let's see....the lawyer costs were a few thousand rands???
Why not spend that money on Improving your FAIL products???

Just my 10c

The judge should have thrown this out of court and saved them all a bunch of money.

No one better use the colour white - its mine for advertising! Thats final.

Shyte, to much spare time and money to waste ... reminds me of the BMW add "beats the bends" - which mercedes actually didnt even make the complaint! Come on iBurst whats next .... orange is a colour not an object.... jeesh!

Its amazing just to think how retarded this sounded. I bet the judged lol'd in court when he heard this. Orange? Yours, what???. Next thing iBubbles will be tuning neotel to stop hacking the internet for bandwidth speed.

That BMW ad was an almost exact copy of the MB ad. The MB car went down the embankment at Chapman's Peak but the driver got out - the BMW looked like it was gonna go down, but it managed to steer it's way out of danger.
The BMW ad was an obvious take on the MB one.

I pissed myself laughing when i heard this announced on 702 on my way home. What twits!

Later on Landrover made an ad at the same spot but at the bottom of the cliff. It then drove up again (mostly winched, actually), stating that in a Landy you can get up the cliff again.....

A shock absorber company (think it was Gabriel) made an ad on the same stretch, stating that as long as you have their shocks, it did not matter what car you drove. You'd stay on the road.
