Nero 8 Essentials doesn't want multi session

Hi there.

I have received Nero 8 essentials with my new Samsung SuperWriteMaster and installed it successfully.
I have installed it after removing Nero 7 Essentials and burned my 1st backup on DVD. BUT, when trying to burn something else to the same DVD, I get a message that there is already something on the DVD and that I must replace it with an empty one. I have chosen to make the DVD a Multi session one.

Is it me or the software?
