Well I can say without any doubt that my issue was ISP related. I was connected to Afrihost and had issues. I connected to a IS based account and my problem went away.
Get yourself a webafrica prepaid account, and see if you can replicate the problem

The thing is Saturday is worked fine, Sunday I installed win 8 and experienced the issue. Able to connect and view the website etc. When I play a video sometimes it it plays for a min or two and then starts to buffer , I been stuck at 50%
I assumed it was due to the OS so spent the last few days upgrading to 8.1
