I've been having this same Netflix issue with Xiaomi 4k stick for a while now. I switch the wifi off on the stick, wait a few seconds then switch it back on again then log in to Netflix and it works.Hi all.
Having an issue with Netflix on my ematic and on my Hisense TV apps. As per attached photos. I can watch it from my pc via the browser and the Netflix app
I have tried all suggestions from Google.

I tried clearing the cache and data. I also uninstalled all updates and the reinstalled them. Still no luck.Try going into the Netflix app settings on your Ematic & clearing the cache - then also checking for any system & app updates for it that may be pending - that could resolve your issue for you.
Try using a public/non-ISP DNS?
Google: 8.8.8.8 or Cloudflare: 1.1.1.1

Tried both wifi and ethernet. Works perfectly on laptop. Just TV app and ematic app not working.Hmm, according to Netflix themselves, it's a network error: https://help.netflix.com/en/node/14424
Definitely the TV at fault here, since you can watch on other devices.
Any way you can connect the TV directly to the router, i.e, via ethernet instead of wifi?
I thought the same, but wasn't sure as to works on pcAlso, this may have an impact on connectivity as well...

This error happens when a network issue stops your device from reaching Netflix.
To fix the problem:
Check your internet connection
Check if your network can play Netflix
Restart your home network
Restart your device
Improve your Wi-Fi signal
Restore your default connection settings

I just found that this is a mweb issue, as other users have been complaining. Only myself to blame for using a crappy isp.
