Watched the first two episodes and it’s an interesting new combination of existing similar themes.

Kind of like Homeland meeting possible supernatural.

And I like the twist that it’s not just all about Jesus but more open ended.

So far quite enjoyable as a different take on this kind of story.

It kind of leaves it a little open, at least for the first episodes I’ve watched.

About a guy who ticks all the boxes for fulfilling initially at least Islamic prophecy but later I’m guessing also Christian ones as it alludes as we know from both religious as relates to their respective figures.

The interesting take is that the CIA and government authorities approach it as a terrorist threat so that adds a different angle.

As far as I’ve watched it never actually goes supernatural and keeps you wondering if it’s a fabrication or actually miracle worker.

I subbed to Netflix for the first time in December for the kids on vac.

Couldn’t find anything to watch until now.

Netflix automatically loads the next episode so you are forced to binge watch

Dam funny too.

Anyways just finished Messiah in 2 days - Dam you Netflix can't you release shows on a weekly basis.

Anyways not to post any spoilers, dam why......why????? Let's hope there will be a season 2.
