We've had Netflix for years but due to medical cost issues we had to cut back on our monthly streaming spending. We stream Disney+ as I buy an annual subscription.
Netflix (R99 pm)
1.the wife likes some shows on it(happy wife happy life)
2.there are some content like docuseries I enjoy.
Prime (R79pm)
I mostly sail the high seas with their content as my card I first signed up for is no longer an accepted card from my location. Some shows there like Bosch attract me to it. I have ALL the Michael Connelly books the characters are built on, and yes for me it is a good transition from book to film
I would get either or both, if finances allow as things are very sticky over the last 4-6 months financially. We both spent over a week each in hospital between March and May/June so there are some co-pays to be making.
One can only watch one streaming service so long that you stop finding something to watch. I blame their algorithms for it. Just because I watched one episode of a series or 15 minutes of a movie with no plot it means I like this sort of crap and fill recommendations and "what to watch tonight" reel. They keep trying to push Tailor schit and the cardashians off on me. I do not watch that and neither does my wife.
