Netflix SA and entropay?

Hey guys, i have some money on my entropay account - but netflix keeps saying : "There appears to be a problem with the payment method you are trying to use."

please note:

both entropay and netflix are set to SA

Any suggestions?

I had the same problem in January with Entropay and Hulu & was advised by hulu my account is on hold? I have funds loaded on not sure how to get them back to my account?
