Netflix slow on Axxess Capped DSL

Hi everyone

I have had Netflix for a few months now and I'm loving it. When I first got Netflix I was on a 2mbps uncapped Axxess account and it actually worked pretty well, not usually HD but pretty much no buffering.

I am now on a 4mbps 100gig capped Axxess account (thinking I would get HD with no buffering) but the quality of my Netflix connection has been terrible! Buffers every 3 min and it's terrible quality. Speed tests indicate everything should be fine and I can download files at awesome speeds without any problems.

Is anyone else having this problem with Axxess?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Axxess is owned by Afrihost and uses/used the same network. They are having major problems with no end in sight.
