That is not their library that is their suggestions to you based on usage.

Dont even. i had it running, PC was taken over at some point, CPU was running on 100% and internet was maxed out. Was a mission to get rid off, hadto do a wipe to get things back to normal.

Very dangerous.

Is it random? Coz I've been using it for years and never had this problem.

Ok, Unotelly I use dynadns, and I can set to any region I want, from US to Netherlands to Aus if I wish.

And, iirc, only the US library. Also no support for Hulu, etc?

Ockie big respect to you, but google all the plug ins that Kodi has, choose your metheod of poison, mine being LFC games. there are so many plug ins to Kodi, seriously you can get what you want.

Switched of my Roku once I found this. Laptop connected to HDMI, sorted.
