Network access not allowed

My mifi device and sim worked perfectly yesterday but today I get an error message saying "Connection Failed. Network access not allowed".

I wanted to log a call on clientzone but there is no options for mobile in the dropdowns.

Any of you getting the same error?

I had the same problem with my new Mobile 3 sim, I send a PM to one of the Afrihost reps and last night everything was working. These reps are very helpful and they sort problems out very quick

Will do that. I find it annoying that I cannot log a ticket on their site.

Yeah it's about time that their ClientZone makes the full transition to 2.0 and the beta tag dropped, and the old one is retired. It's getting a bit too much switching between the 2 to access different features and view different information.
 
Also having a problem with my mifi!!! Find this VERY Frustrating, considering I only got it yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!

Edit: AfriMan is the man, he sorted my issues :)

I removed my battery and put it back in and voila... hope this helps someone.
 
Did you apply the firmware update???

Maybe there's a problem with the update for the mifi

Jip my firmware is 100% up to date. I think it might have been an issue with the MTN network.

I experienced this issue earlier on tonight, noticed now that I don't have authorization to make use of MTN 3G tower, ridiculous too many hiccups happening this week, hopefully it shall get fixed tonight if problem persists you will be getting a PM from me reps

Also had a problem last night but this morning it is working again

I find it hard to see how MTN can take this long to provision my SIM on their network. I've been waiting since Friday, and I'm still getting this blasted message.
 
Afrihost Mobile 2 & 3 just died on me. Anyone else having issues? :(
