Is there a way to prevent/disable an HP Laserjet M401n network printer to become the "browse master" on a workgroup?

We have 8 computers, all set in Registry to not become Browse master, and 1 Win7 machine that acts as a Server for scans and accounting package (Set in registry to be Browse Master)..
This HP Printer will elect itself everytime as Browse master when not restarted each day...super annoying when power was off and power comes back on / or after a weekend and printer stayed on..

There is no network option to disable BrowseMaster on the printer's interface or Web Interface.

Any suggestions.???

Thanks so much in advance..

It's winning the elections, so probably using Samba with a default os level global setting of 34 or more. If you cannot hack the smb.conf file, then setup another samba server with a higher level, and it will lose.
