Is anyone else on Telkom Mobile having issues with people not being able to get through to your cellphone?
I've recreated the situation, where someone will call me and it will not even ring, and from their end it says the line is busy, and my phone doesn't even ring.
Is this an issue with loadshedding perhaps? It doesn't coincide with loadshedding in my area, but it might be because of some routing or something.
What can one do in this situation?
