Neutral ISP crystal web

Since there is a nightmare and dream i thought there needs to be a neutral.

I signed up with CW since they opened and have decided to cancel . Although the service is great and it works most of the time, which is to be expected from a new isp. I did find a few bad points. Never in my life did i have to change my username and password on such a regular basis. The price is just not right.

Why did i move. The awesome telkom black friday deal thatvwill offer 20mbs and 100gbs softcap. This is due to me using approximately 100gbs of data a month.

Is CW a worth isp. I think so. But they do need some time to mature. The team went out of their way to accommodate me especially paul.
 
Are we going to rate isp's now on their morality/alingment? openweb= chaotic evil, telkom= evil, cw true= neutral, afrihost= incompetent....

Stop with these treads please post it in their feedback thread :wtf:

During the network troubles we did ask a few customers to change their username to try different tweaks we were making. I apologise for this inconvenience. Other than that it sounds to me like it worked, and you were very happy with the quality of support and service you received, so thanks for that feedback.
 
You do know that for a new ISP CW are doing quite well. Sure their are hiccups but it is more acceptable from a new ISP than the old timers.
