What do you mean by New 3G clusters on air - Witbank -5 sites, will Witbank have Mtn 3G, I pick up a 3G signal but the line is very slow and unstable?

Guessing Witbank and Rustenberg are the "clusters" with 5 sites/towers each which have now been activated for 3G.
