This self installation thing is not too great. I got the telkom techie in and install my line in 3 weeks, my falks are waiting for a self install for last 2 months.

This makes no sense to me......isn't the point of self installation that your folks do it themselves. What on earth are they waiting for.........they must do it themselves.
