What constitutes abuse/throttling on your 4MB uncapped, shaped account?

Do you have trial accounts?

I want nothing to do with their accounts department.
Even if it means I have to pass up on a 100mbs uncapped account

I would love to consider this as an uncapped option but also do not see any positive posts on speed. I have been with Mweb for almost 3 yrs and would consider their speed and perfromance good. Now that I am moving it might be easier to have an iburst account but cant afford to be throttled after 1gb per day.
