I hope there are gona be new channels worthy to watch. Arrival of Etv shook the Sabc.

Etv shook the SABC which still meant absolutely f-all in the larger scheme of things.

Wait a min , this says 4 new channels , so does that mean that the channels have been announced already ? did I miss something ?

My understanding is that the "other" channels will be SABC1, SABC2, SABC3 and eTV.
