New Cybersmart packages

I'm not great at number-crunching the difference between Cybersmart's latest offerings, and the competition. How does Cybersmart rate?

By the look of things the DSL 384 Weekender Plus which includes 10 Gigs at R299 is not bad. Their free weekend bandwidth adds to the overall value proposition.

I have the DSL 384 Weekender Plus, with the night rider addon. I did roughly 55GB last month, and still had 2gb of my 10gb left, which carried over to this month. I like the packages, suits my needs completely And it's unshaped too!

Yes they are. But the shaping only comes into effect when the network is strained. atm webafrica's network is far from strained and I can confirm that I'm able to get 420kbs on p2p all the time. So 384k won't be a problem!

I have emailed Laurie twice this week and have had no response. They tell that they are canceling the uncapped and now when I want to find out about a new package or keeping my line with them - I get no response.

This is making me want to go to Mweb and leave cybersmart forever. Seriously, don't cancel my package and then other no response to an alternative!

Revival - They are categorically useless, moved a domain to them on their PINK starter package and have had no support or much feedback. Busy moving to another provider now
