New DSLRs announced

Naaah - don't like the idea of sticking my finger in my eye every morning.. ;)

Yeah that part has me squeaming as well. But for practicality's sake I'm going to have to bite my lip and do it some time. Soon probably, as my current glasses are so far out of spec I'm doing better without them...

I used the contacts for a while. It took some heavy learning to put them in myself and they really made my eye's tired by the end of the day, and polluted city's would make my eye's feel terrible by lunch time.

I then went for the LASIK surgery, and would advise against that - low light visibilty is real bad and night driving is a bastard - I wish now that I'd just stuck with me spec's - I now use reading glasses and also find it a pain with the DSLR view finder.
