New Dstv channels not working

Thanks for the reply! I did have to enter the extra settings. I can only find 4 channels missing. I heard that if you had a newer communal dish installation that you might not have to upgrade. Could it not be a case of just entering new extra settings? Could you recommend someone in Pretoria our complex could consult on this? I don't know what a multiple head thread is?

Call Space TV in Pretoria or Randburg for a referral. Your system can be upgrade for cheaper than R60k.

MISSING CHANNELS BEFORE UPGRADE:

104, 105, 106, 108, 112, 117, 122, 124, 150, 153, 173, 188.

Thought it was only us. 120 was working fine before the new channels came.

Most of the new channels don't work anyway.

Wonder how to fix it since its so irritating sometimes waiting for it to connect after changing channels otherwise it stays connected if I don't so dont think it is LNB or cabling or is it software problem?.
