New DStv online customer system live

So much for MultiChoice’s new management system. As an installer tried to activate an extra view system for a customer yesterday. Phoned DSTV helpline like I always do, and I was asked for my accreditation number and I said that I wasn’t accredited with MultiChoice. He then said to me that he was not allowed to help me because they are on a new management system which does not allow them to deal with non accredited installers. Well I then said to him since this is MultiChoice’s attitude then I will cancel my subscription which I am going to do at the end of the month. I can download and stream any movie I like, I don’t need them with their big brother attitude. As far as I’m concerned they can go to hell. I hate them! :mad:

So my guess is there is some kind of fee for accreditation and its to force in a new revenue stream. TO HELL! Even i can install DSTV but do i have to go through all that red tape if maybe i want to help a friend
