I for one enjoy the new content that is added. Yes it would be nice if all 9 million people have full T3 gear and we still only raided Naxramas, but how many of that 9 million would still be here? Lets face facts without the rep grind added to silithus more solo players would have left, and did you really wanted to run Scholomance and UBRS for another year?
TBC brought a lot of new life into the game, and many people that left came back. The solo part of the game was greatly improved, and instances were refreshingly new in tactics (same old mobs though
). 10 man raids replaced the old 20 man raid content for smaller groups and only issue I had with that was the 7 day reset timer!
Rep grind in TBC takes a tenth of the time it took pre TBC but there is a gazilion factions now, each faction have unique rewards though and you can choose which to do.
The jump to the next expansion may be fast, or rather too fast, but I for one am looking forward to it.
The comment on free epics is valid, but the amount of different gear available is just amazing, there is so many similar gear with just 1-3 stat differences that the tag "epic" is not that "epic" anymore.
