Hi guys,

I am having a problem of the above virus on my usb flash. I have scanned my whole PC with AVG and ClamWin and found nothing on the PC, but the ClamWin antivirus picks up the above trojan virus on my usb. I can't even format the usb, I get an error message saying that the device is currently used by other applications.

Please help.

Remove USB stick

Press and keep shift down

Insert USB stick

You should be able to scan it again and remove the pesky bugger, or format the stick.

Or you can disable autorun and try formatting the USB stick.

Autorun starts the trojan up, and this is what locks your USB stick.

Good luck.

I am facing the same probably as well. My System antivirus has detected Trojan:AutoIt/Furnic.A infection in my Pc but unfortunately failed to fix it. I googled a solution for its removal and very good information from http://www.virusremovalprogram.net/uninstall-trojanjsiframe-aq-easy-way-to-remove-trojanjsiframe-aq#more-373

So, you can also get some information from there. additionally, micorost sites like http://www.microsoft.com/security/portal/Threat/Encyclopedia/Entry.aspx?Name=Trojan%3AAutoIt%2FFurnic.A&ThreatID=-2147307064 could also help you.

I'm pretty sure he's sorted out his problem, since it was 3 years ago...
