Well, it isn't like its promoting the use of linux anyway?I will comment on the forums mentioned here that I use:
--Discontinue to “BlackBerry” and “Windows Phone” forums and move these posts into the Mobile Phones forum.
--Combine the Software and Linux forums (very low activity in the Linux forum).
--Make the Android forum a full forum (upgraded from a sub-forum)
Yes ok but removing the Linux forum is not going to do anything to promote the usage of Linux
I think FiestaST does well to post news articles in threads related to those articles.yes currently there is just the guatrain sub forum
Add one more for news so that discussions don't get lost within the news threads
Suggestion! Make it responsive. I browse with my browser 1/4th as I'm coding.

Sounds good
Am I too late? Didn't read all the posts. Don't have the time.
I prefer the sport threads in their different categories. I pop into the rugby category daily and even everything's just nicely summarised there. Even though there aren't that many threads, it saves time and it's nice and neat.
We have implemented a few forum changes recently, and as part of the discussion a few other suggestions have been made by members (Thank you Bwana for many of these suggestions).
Here is the next set of suggestions. Your feedback on these plans will be great.
--Combine “ADSL and VDSL ISP Discussions” and “ADSL and VDSL Discussions” (most people do not differentiate any longer)
--Discontinue to “BlackBerry” and “Windows Phone” forums and move these posts into the Mobile Phones forum.
--Combine the Software and Linux forums (very low activity in the Linux forum).
--Make the Android forum a full forum (upgraded from a sub-forum)
--Discontinue the Gautrain forum, and move its posts into the “Motoring and Transportation” forum.
--Combine the “Hosting and Cloud Computing” and “VoIP” forums (very low VoIP activity)
--Combine the “Networking and Security” and “Network Admins” forums.
--Combine all the sports forums, with stickies for all the popular discussions - rugby, football, cricket, and F1.
Please supply your feedback this week in this thread.

Why don't you have an auto prefixer? And pure css and px
At that size, why don't you use the MyBB mobile theme? Sadly the site is based on vbulletin.

But surely there's 2018 standard themes for vbulletin?
