New Independent Gaming Website Needs Your help

Hallo all! So I have made a new website called dm-media (that stands for Deathmilk media or Doodsmelk Media when I launch the afrikaans version of the website) but first I want to see if there is people that would like to check out this type of content?

Some minor grammar and spelling issues, but it looks nice overall.

So in terms of content, honestly, it's going to hard/virtually impossible to get a foot in the door for this type of gaming blog. There are other way more bigger sites who are able to pump out multiple long/high quality posts a day who will absolutely crush your site in terms of search engine results.

If you are planning on building this into an Afrikaans website, you might find a niche, but don't expect to make big bucks off ads/sponsored content due to the fact that it's quite a small demographic. You could probably monetize it to some degree and use it as a "side hustle" if you can grow a regular Afrikaans readership, but if you're hoping too turn this into a full time thing, you're going to need a miracle.

Not saying it's impossible, but you need to keep your expectations in check.

You know the secret sauce to growing a site like this though, right?

You need a forum where you psychologically keep readers hostage. It's the careful balance between emotionally stirring headlines, quality trolls and said hostages on a hypothetical forum like this that keep the wheels turning.

PS. Don't make this would be forum seem like the main feature of your site though, even if it is.
