Sometimes wish I could hack the stuff myself to get it to you faster.

Clearly I can't do it officially, however look how much I'm protesting Morks doing this.... ;)

I assume you have 32 bit windows? Try the 64 bit command without the x86 in the path. Otherwise right click on your iTunes shortcut and look where it points to, to find the correct location.

i get the ippc file now on the dropdow. then i go to the desktop and browse. i get the file that i downloaded. open it up it says payload. open that up and the file is empty???

Don't drill into the file (it's actually a zip just renamed to ipcc) just select it.

Then you haven't saved it with the correct extension. File must end in ipcc. Try redownload the file with a right click, save as.

You probably just followed the link and your browser decided to add .zip to the end. Either rename it or do the "save as" I suggested.
