Only you seem to think it's an Apple only thing...Apple tell you they’ll offer you the latest & greatest OS for many many years - no other phone does that.
Die hard fans believe it - and they think their iPhones from years back, are the same iOS. The same with tvOS. Someone told me the other day that he’ll get updates for a decade, do he doesn’t have to worry about anything.
And although they SAY this and LABEL the software updates the same - they’re all different? My iPhone is not even 2 years old and doesn’t offer . My neighbour iPhone 14 is 4 months old - and the iPhone 15 does things he can’t do.
My Apple TV is running the same tvOS as yours. But I can’t run the same things.
It’s like Google saying they’ll support every device for 10 years and push Android 14 to everything, but just cut features.
It’s very different to a regional block on features. And most people can see this … but that bias tendency you have is maybe the reason you don’t want to believe it?
Samsung Galaxy S22 One UI 5.1 update missing some features
Users are disappointed with the Samsung Galaxy S22 One UI 5.1 update as it does not have a light mode, image clipper, or color palette.
Samsung One UI 5.1 is the latest build based on Android 13 OS. It brings improvements to the Camera and Gallery applications, multitasking, modes and routines, and much more.
However, some users are unhappy that the update left out some features.
