New man challenge

I've been hitting the gym pretty hard as of late and it's really starting to show, but also signed up as some advice on diet and which exercises to do could be helpful.
 
I also signed up... I have been getting into the swing of things again these last two weeks... Already lost 4kgs :)

im 1.85m and weigh 96kg

Signed up. Just started jogging again this week, will see what exercises they suggest.
 
What are you guys aiming for?

Im going for 90kgs... Maybe 87kg will see how the bulking up works :p
