Rollover doesn't seem very likely unless Neotel offers something competitive via CDMA. Most customers probably can't afford bundles so why charge them 20c per meg when you can get away with R2 per meg? What are the chances of Neotel entering the market anytime soon? At this stage about as likely as a verified sighting of Poseidon off Cape Point ...
