This gives me confidence again. Maybe I should sign up after all. Plus the fact that the coverage has slightly improved in my area. I have good indoor at the moment.

I will say "My pleasure" when I see my last NeoTel Invoice. If they charge me for the full month of November or any cancellation fees, I will be incredibly irate. If they just charge me for the first nine days (I phoned to cancel on the 9th of November), I will be very happy.
 
my connection is so bad i cant even check mybb properly it keeps on losing speed but not disconnecting, i have not been above 5kbs for well over three weeks now

I've been offline since last week wednesday after I downgraded my package. I spent so much time on the phone to try and convince people it's because of the downgrade. Some aggree, others refuse to even consider the idea. Still waiting. I think I should cancel the debit order and see if someone notices.
 
At last someone logged a call for me. Not sure if it was because of the email to noise@neotel, but thanks (I think). How long before the techies actually start fixing something? They just have to check the settings on the network? How long could it possibly take?

Neotel needs a new web site. The current one is frustrating to use. Especially the the coverage map that does not work in FireFox at all. Once you try and interact with the resulting map it shows loading and does nothing further.

It also has some of the street names wrong... which means I can't get my exact address on it.
