Coverage Map

I agree, the coverage map needs rework, but the initiative is there to give indication of network availablility in and around your area.
And given time with network deployment, the map will look alot more colourful.
We are in in the mainstream business areas with focus on stability over speed rollout currently - meaning you're the positively affected ones with regards to this. Better signal/connection.

I have coverage in my area for the NeoConnect Lite service when will my area have coverage for the NeoConnect Prime service as the Lite package is not what I'm looking for. I filled out the form on your webpage but no one has gotten back to me yet.

The Network coverage at your area is for Voice call and basic internet service.
The high speed internet service is not covered.

Two days later and I'm still waiting for a response, no wonder their existing customers are pissed.

Work it out... Take the address 10 Kloof road Bedfordview for example.... pan on the solid orange using the arrows until you get a V like gap in the colour in this instance its a few clicks to the rght of the map. Zoom out and there you have it a little flower just for catruter. maybe meditate on it for a while then you wont have to SHOUT!:p

luckly the neotel rep sent me a very detailed map of my area showing exactly where all the base stations are located:D it was the other neotel customers that i was thinking about, thats why i suggested that the map be changed, thus showing where the towers are located exactly;)
 
Neotel is just plain K@K :eek: :sick:, I'm experiencing disconnections every two hours or less and this is not good. I phoned them on this number: 0800 333 636 and when you select option 2 you get nowhere. Eventually choose to go to option 3 and I finally get through to someone. I complain about the disconnections and guess what they say, they know about it and they are experiencing it for some time now:eek:, WHAT they knew but F - all happens, no communication about it. When my payment doesn't go through they quick to phone you but they slow to let you know what k@k they upto. I've decided to cancel cause this was the last straw cause I don't see them fixing the problem soon.
Neotel you guys suck big time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad:
