I keep forgetting not everyone can do technical stuff.

Don't see it on my daughters laptop, she has the Office 365 she got from Mahala, local install. Maybe it's with Pro or something.
Mmmm, just checked my work laptop with O365 E3 installed, also no Access.

Maybe downloading access from the ms website might do the trick,should activate with the existing ms account on the system
