I have to agree. I would only ever consider this if i was saving a good couple grand, or had some one to bring the stuff over.
Otherwise if it is in SA for a reasonable price, you are just making missions for yourself. But really dude. R7k is low for the CUD you claim to have.

I know this is my first comment in this thread, but I was waiting to see the overall price you end up having to pay with all these imports and duties.

Rather have a look on carbonite for some good deals, that way you usually have the remainder of the warranty and you pay good prices!

To clear things up, I've had the GTS 450 for 1 year, GTX 570 was ordered 7 days ago, got it 2 days ago.

This is why your comments sound weird. Upgraded in due time generally doesn't mean "I already ordered a new one"

I was going to have a type of "grand opening thread" for the arrival of my new card. And due time in this case was about 3 days
